Building a compelling brand strategy
Yarn Yarns, a vintage clothing store, approached me to rejuvenate their brand identity while retaining elements of their existing logo.
The brief was to infuse a nostalgic '70s aesthetic into the revamped identity, resonating with the era's distinct look and feel. This task was crucial as their previous brand identity lacked character.
Looking for an authentic '70s vibe, I incorporated a palette primarily characterized by hues of the era - oranges, dark reds, and browns. These colors were thoughtfully chosen to create the essence of the period. Additionally, a strategic touch of green was introduced for clear Call-to-Action (CTA) elements, specifically aimed at enhancing the ecommerce functionality.
First Impressions matter, graphic design business cards
The business card design resonates with Yarn Yarns brand identity with a professional and modern appearance. It embodies the brand's professionalism, and contemporary design aesthetics while adhering strictly to its brand guidelines for consistency and recognition.

Following the rebranding initiative, the next step for Yarn Yarns involved a comprehensive redesign and redevelopment of their ecommerce platform. This strategic move focused to solidify the implementation of their new branding while enhancing the overall user experience for shoppers visiting their online store.
By prioritizing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the ecommerce redesign, Yarn Yarns aimed to create a compelling online shopping environment that not only reflects their brand's unique identity but also fosters positive interactions and conversions with their valued customers.
